  • 7-ELEVEN CORPORATE OFFICES
    Their goal was to modernize their corporate image and culture, relocate to a much more efficient building and re-establish their roots as a premier Dallas company. Billingsley worked closely with the City of Dallas to create a win/win pricing package that allowed for the first new Central Business District development in almost 20 years. One Arts Plaza represents the efficiency and convenience of state-of-the-art suburban development.

  • ACCOR USA HEADQUARTERS
    Accor needed a headquarters to fit their budget and allow them the ability to expand the building up to two times. They also wanted a building that would reflect the corporate culture of their major hotel brands Sofitel and Red Roof Inn. Solution Billingsley was able to design and build Accor’s headquarters, delivering the corporate image desired within the specified budget, by utilizing an economical land basis and working very closely with Accor’s design team. The site and financing was structured to accommodate expansions with lenders offering the best rate available.

  • THE DUMP
    A high-end discount furniture retailer desired a highly visible heavy-traffic area with a convenient central location as their entry into the DFW market. Billingsley provided a site with major highway frontage along I635 with enough area to satisfy the 186,000 square foot building and its parking. Billingsley understood the client's needs and designed a very upscale retail box with natural light penetrating all areas of the interior.

  • LA FITNESS
    This stylish health center sought a heavily populated area with dense daytime office workforce that fit its prospective membership criteria. They wanted someone to build their building and then lease it. Billingsley provided the finished pad, financing and design guidance to complement the IBP office park.

  • BEAUTICONTROL
    This leading cosmetic company needed a manufacturing building that reflected the sophistication of their brand very different from that found in industrial parks. They also needed to move quickly and have the ability to add future offices. Billingsley advanced their usual construction schedule to meet their needs. The design reflects that of an office building, not a warehouse.

  • PIZZA INN
    Home of the famous Pizza Inn headquarters, this 140,000-square foot facility includes training, distribution and a multitude of features.

  • HOME STEPS
    Located within the natural beauty of Austin Ranch, this 70,000-square foot, single-story facility serves as the regional offices for Freddie Mac. Employee retention was key, as was creating a campus fashioned for the future. Austin Ranch met the criteria with its rolling vistas, strong employee base; and close proximity to retail, commercial and residential areas.

  • TUSA OFFICE SOLUTIONS
    TUSA Office solutions, one of the country's largest dealers of Knoll office furniture, required a flexible, cutting-edge sales gallery for their design products. They also needed customized demonstration and presentation abilities. Finally, TUSA required an expansive space to accommodate bulky loads and mass shipments. Billingsley Company was there to meet all their needs.

  • 4121 INTERNATIONAL
    A 160,000-square foot headquarters and distribution facility located within International Business Park. It was customized for a high-energy specialty retailer that needed a facility that was not only functional, but reflected their free-spirited corporate culture.
